Duplicate payments, non-delivery and material defects will be reviewed for replacement or refund; statutory rights remain unaffected. No subscription or automatic renewal. Do not resell or redistribute the pack. No SST is charged on this purchase.

Yes. Import the CSV files using UTF-8 and review column formats. CSV stores plain values; it does not preserve workbook styling or formulas. In Excel or Sheets, you can save your own working copy as XLSX.
Open the downloaded HTML pack in your browser and choose Print, then Save as PDF. The purchase supplies HTML and CSV, not a pre-generated PDF or XLSX file.
No. It is a manual template pack with a setup guide. There are no macros, formulas, automatic calculations, live data connections, cloud storage or recurring charges.
After CHIP confirms payment, return to Shop → Orders & downloads. Your invoice remains available there. If confirmation is delayed, revisit the invoice to refresh the provider status.
The licence covers unlimited internal use by one purchasing business. You may adapt working copies for that business. Redistribution, resale and uploading the pack to a public template library are not included.
