Will it work with every phone?
NFC tapping needs a compatible, enabled phone and internet access. Tap + QR provides a scan alternative. Device cases and the mounting surface can affect NFC performance.
Can I use my own branding?
Tell us your requirements in the setup notes. Custom artwork, materials and larger installations are scoped separately before payment. The visual on this page is a design preview, not a final manufacturing specification.
Are delivery and installation included?
Product prices cover the selected review product and standard link programming. Shipping, on-site installation and applicable tax are shown separately on the final invoice. Collection arrangements and lead time are confirmed before payment.
Is there a review dashboard or subscription?
This launch covers physical review touchpoints and order tracking. Review analytics, destination editing and a multi-location management subscription are not included or activated. Request those requirements in your notes.
What information should I provide?
Use your exact business name and branch, a Google Maps or review URL, contact number, billing and delivery address, and any installation address. Do not send account passwords.
