Enquiry details are held privately by SFE to respond, quote and maintain the business relationship. Request access, correction or removal by contacting [email protected]; transaction records may need to be retained separately.

Optional website measurement records public page names, device-size group, general traffic source, campaign label and random session identifier in a 90-day reporting window. Older measurement records are removed as new events arrive. It excludes form contents, full referrer URLs, private invoice links, raw IP addresses and account identities. An opted-in session can be associated with an enquiry or order to understand which content helped. Choose “No thanks” or turn measurement off at the foot of a public page. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.

Measurement uses SFE’s own server. Billing information is shared with CHIP when you choose to pay. No card data is collected in this enquiry form.
