1. The seller and your order
These terms apply to the digital business toolkits listed in the SFE Shop. Your product page identifies the files, price and scope before purchase. The invoice records the agreed product version and purchase terms. Hardware, custom software and separately quoted services have their own agreed scope.
2. What you receive
Each toolkit supplies one downloadable HTML pack containing a setup guide and links to two blank UTF-8 CSV templates. The files are manual templates, not a hosted application. They contain no macros, formulas, automatic calculations, customer database, live connections or cloud storage. Equipment in editorial illustrations is not included.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and are one-time charges. No SST is added to current toolkit purchases. Review the exact amount and invoice before opening CHIP. SFE does not collect your banking password or card details; payment authentication takes place with the provider. The methods shown by CHIP at checkout govern availability. There is no automatic renewal or recurring debit for these products.
4. Invoice and payment confirmation
Signing in and creating an invoice does not itself charge you. SFE Book allocates a unique invoice number. The order is paid only after confirmation against the payment provider record. A return to the website or a customer-uploaded payment image is not, by itself, confirmation. The commercial invoice is not a MyInvois-validated e-Invoice. Contact SFE with your invoice reference for billing corrections or e-Invoice requirements.
5. Delivery and access
After verified payment, open Shop → Orders & downloads and download your pack. If the provider status is delayed, open the invoice again to refresh it. Keep the downloaded pack, your invoice reference and the private invoice link. A file can be used offline once saved. Do not share the private payment link. Contact SFE if a confirmed payment does not unlock the download; avoid paying a second time.
6. Licence and permitted use
The purchasing business may use and adapt its pack internally without a recurring licence charge, including working copies for its own team. Do not resell the pack, redistribute it to other businesses, publish it as a template download or claim ownership of the original SFE pack. You retain ownership of the information you enter. Obtain an agreed separate licence if you need distribution rights.
7. Compatibility and exports
Open the HTML pack in a current browser and use its CSV download links. Import CSV files in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice using UTF-8. Check column formats to preserve leading zeros, dates and identifiers. CSV is a plain-data format and does not retain spreadsheet formatting or formulas. You can save an imported working copy as XLSX in your chosen application. Use browser Print → Save as PDF for the guide. Pre-generated PDF and XLSX files are not supplied.
8. Support, defects and refund requests
Email [email protected] with your invoice number and a description of the problem. File-access and content defects reported within seven days are included in the purchase support. SFE will review duplicate payments, non-delivery and material defects for a replacement or refund. Customisation, data entry, training and changes to your own working copies are outside the stated price and may be quoted separately. Nothing here removes applicable statutory consumer rights. Refund handling may depend on the payment provider; no instant-refund promise is made.
9. Responsible use
Validate your entries and keep backups. The templates do not check the accuracy, legality or completeness of your records and do not replace accounting, tax, legal, safety or engineering advice. Follow your organisation’s approved procedures. Do not enter credentials, payment-card secrets or unnecessary personal information into a shared template.
10. Order information and privacy
SFE stores the account identity, billing name and address, chosen product, accepted order scope, invoice and payment references needed to provide the purchase, support it and maintain business records. Your name, account email, invoice description, amount and purchase terms are sent to CHIP when you open checkout. Card or bank authentication is handled by the provider. The working records you later enter into downloaded files are not uploaded by these templates. Financial and order records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping requirements; contact SFE about access or correction. Marketing consent is not required to buy a toolkit.
11. Changes and disputes
The version and scope recorded with your purchase remain the reference for that order. Future catalogue changes do not silently replace an already-issued invoice or its agreed files. Contact SFE first with the invoice number and the requested resolution so the issue can be reviewed. These terms do not override mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
