Your quotation separates the work, exclusions, delivery, licences and ongoing costs. Hardware availability and any installation charges are confirmed first.

One invoice. One record.
The issued invoice has a unique reference and a private payment link. CHIP displays the methods available for the transaction. Payment is confirmed against the provider record.
04 / DELIVER
Know the next step.
Digital toolkits unlock on the shop orders page after verified payment. For review products, follow programming, testing and dispatch in My orders. Project delivery follows the milestones and handover agreed in your scope.
05 / KEEP
Keep your documents.
Retain the invoice, provider receipt, quotation and delivery records. A commercial invoice is not automatically a MyInvois-validated e-Invoice.
06 / SUPPORT

For changes, a payment concern or a refund request, contact SFE with your invoice reference. The agreed order terms and applicable rights govern the resolution.
Before you continue
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit unless your quotation states otherwise. Tax, delivery and installation must be shown on the final invoice. The current invoice checkout is a one-time payment; it does not enrol you in automatic recurring charges.
Your name, email, invoice description and amount are shared with CHIP when you choose to open checkout. Card or bank authentication takes place with the payment provider. Contact SFE about access to or correction of your order information.
