02 / THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE SCREEN

A public website.
A connected operation.

Content, customers, orders and daily work. Go deeper with custom modules and interfaces designed around your team.

01
CMS / CONTENT & PUBLISHING

A CMS your team can actually use.

+

Make routine updates without returning to a developer for every sentence. We define the content types, editor roles and publishing process around what your team needs to change.

  • Pages, articles, projects and service collections
  • Editor permissions and review workflows
  • Media organisation and reusable sections
  • Content migration, redirects and editor training

Choose the right editing model for your team. A CMS is scoped to your content, not added as an unexplained checkbox.

02
CRM / LEADS & RELATIONSHIPS

Give every customer conversation a place.

+

Connect enquiry forms, follow-ups and customer records. Design a practical view of the customer journey so a lead does not disappear between an inbox and a spreadsheet.

  • Enquiry capture and lead assignment
  • Contact records and follow-up stages
  • Forms, email and approved API connections
  • Permissions, exports and activity histories

An agreed workflow, clear data ownership and a system your team can maintain.

03
ERP / BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Connect the work behind the website.

+

A website can be the front door to a much larger operation. We scope inventory, purchasing, order or reporting modules around your existing systems and the tasks your team performs.

  • Order, inventory and purchasing workflows
  • Existing ERP and accounting API integration
  • Role-based operational views
  • Data migration and reconciliation rules

Build or connect the modules you need. Financial, stock and permission rules are agreed before implementation.

04
PORTALS / CONTROL & VISIBILITY

An admin cockpit with a clear purpose.

+

Bring the right information and actions together for the people responsible for your operation. Customer accounts, staff tools and management views each need their own access and experience.

  • Customer, staff and administrator interfaces
  • Role and permission architecture
  • Search, filters, exports and task flows
  • Audit trails and useful operational reporting

A purpose-built interface, not a wall of decorative charts. Every view starts with a decision or task.

A WEBSITE WITH A JOB TO DO

Behind every screen,
a useful next step.

Three illustrative journeys show how the public website, customer experience and everyday work can fit together.

FOR A SERVICE BUSINESS

From a search to a useful enquiry.

+

A customer needs to understand what you do, where you work and why your service fits their need. The website should make that conversation easier.

  1. 01

    Find

Service pages organised around customer needs and the areas you serve.

  2. 02

    Understand

Clear scope, relevant work and practical answers before the enquiry.

  3. 03

    Enquire

A contact journey that carries the service and project context.

  4. 04

    Follow up

An agreed inbox or, where scoped, a CRM workflow for the next action.

The scope to discuss

A public website can start with Launch. Choose Manage for team-edited content; CRM assignment and automation are custom scope.

Useful to bring

Your services, locations, approved work photos, contact owner and the questions customers ask most often.

Plan a journey like this
FOR A RETAILER

From a product to an order your team can handle.

+

The store needs to work for both the buyer and the person fulfilling the order. Product information, delivery rules and payment confirmation belong in the same plan.

  1. 01

    Discover

Categories, useful product information and a clear mobile browsing journey.

  2. 02

    Choose

Agreed variants, stock rules, delivery options and cart behaviour.

  3. 03

    Pay

Provider checkout and tested payment outcomes using an approved merchant account.

  4. 04

    Fulfil

Order records, customer confirmations and the agreed dispatch workflow.

The scope to discuss

Sell starts from RM14,399 with one agreed gateway. Product volume, shipping rules, subscriptions and additional connections affect the final scope.

Useful to bring

Your product catalogue, shipping and return policies, fulfilment process and preferred payment provider.

Plan a journey like this
FOR AN OPERATIONS TEAM

From scattered records to a defined next action.

+

Start with the work people need to complete. Then agree who can see each record, what changes its status and which systems need to exchange information.

  1. 01

    Capture

A defined form, import or API creates the record in the agreed structure.

  2. 02

    Assign

Permissions and ownership direct the work to the responsible person.

  3. 03

    Act

Purposeful screens help staff review, update, approve or complete a task.

  4. 04

    Review

Agreed history, exports and reporting support oversight and follow-up.

The scope to discuss

Operate is quoted after discovery. CRM, ERP, accounts, migrations and connected systems are specified against the existing workflow.

Useful to bring

A real example of the workflow, staff roles, sample fields and the systems you need to connect. Keep sensitive records out of the initial enquiry.

Plan a journey like this

03 / A CHECKOUT THAT BELONGS IN THE JOURNEY

Ready for the sale.
Considered after it, too.

Payment is more than a button. We plan the checkout, provider confirmation, order updates and the records your team needs afterward.

01Choose & approve provider
02Connect the checkout
03Test callbacks & outcomes
04Review & launch

Payment integrations are scoped to your business. Methods and availability depend on the provider, merchant approval and selected plan. Your merchant account and transaction fees stay with your chosen provider.

KEEP THE BUSINESS. IMPROVE THE EXPERIENCE.

Already online?
Let’s make it work harder.

Your current website may have useful content, existing customers and search history. A rebuild should consider those foundations while improving the design, structure and everyday experience.

Discuss a rebuild or addition

Rebuild & redesign

Review the pages, navigation and mobile experience. Improve the journey without treating a new theme as the entire solution.

Migrate & connect

Move agreed content and records, map redirects and review existing CRM, ERP, booking or payment connections.

Search & conversion

Keyword and service-page planning, redirects, structured metadata and enquiry measurement, matched to your market.

Add the next capability

CMS, customer accounts, multilingual pages, stores and admin tools. Scope the addition against the system already in place.

04 / HOSTING, HANDOVER & THE YEARS AFTER LAUNCH

A website needs a home.
Your business needs a plan.

Choose the environment and level of care to match the workload. Setup, renewal and ongoing responsibilities are explained before you launch.

Hosting & deployment

Website and application hosting, HTTPS, domain and DNS setup, migrations and resource planning.

Maintenance & recovery

Updates, agreed monitoring, backup schedules, retention and restoration planning. Care scope follows the application.

Ownership & continuity

Documented access, account ownership, source and licence arrangements, support responsibilities and a useful handover.

Hosting & care: scoped quotation.

Separate from the development fee. Tell us the application, resource needs and support expectations; we’ll outline setup and recurring costs.

Plan the environment

CLEAR WORK. A CLEAR HANDOVER.

Know what is being built.
Know what comes with it.

Your quotation names the deliverables and review points. We agree these foundations for the website or software you commission.

01

Page & workflow plan

The agreed page list, content structure, user journeys and software workflows give everyone a shared picture of the work.

02

Design for review

Layouts, key screens and the behaviours that need approval before development moves ahead.

03

Launch review

Mobile and desktop checks, contact journeys, agreed permissions and integration outcomes. Outstanding items are recorded.

04

Ownership & handover

Access responsibilities, source and licence arrangements, editing guidance, hosting renewal and the agreed support plan.

We agree the scope, milestones, content responsibilities and payment terms before work begins. Additional work is discussed and quoted before it is added.

GOOD QUESTIONS, CLEAR ANSWERS

Know the details.
Choose with confidence.

What is included in the starting price?+

Launch starts from RM3,199 for up to five public pages using your supplied brand and content. Manage starts from RM7,999 for a CMS-based website, and Sell from RM14,399 for an e-commerce build. Each package has an agreed page, content, product and integration scope. Custom systems receive a separate specification and quotation.

Can you rebuild our existing website?+

Yes. We review the existing content, design, technology, access and search structure before proposing a rebuild. Content migration, old-to-new redirects and integration changes are included when agreed in the scope.

Can we add CMS, CRM or ERP later?+

Yes. We can plan an initial website with later content or operational modules in mind. Each addition is scoped against the existing system, data and permissions rather than assumed to be an automatic upgrade.

Does the e-commerce package include every payment gateway?+

No. The entry Sell scope includes one agreed gateway integration, subject to your merchant account approval and provider requirements. Additional gateways, subscription flows or special reconciliation requirements are quoted separately.

Are hosting and provider fees included?+

Development is a project fee. Hosting, domain registration, care plans, paid software licences, gateway transaction fees and advertising spend are separate. We explain the setup and recurring costs before you proceed, including any applicable tax.

Who owns the domain, content and accounts?+

You retain ownership of your business content, domain and merchant accounts. The handover identifies access, source-code and licence arrangements, infrastructure responsibilities and ongoing support. Third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.

How are timing and payments agreed?+

After reviewing the brief, we provide a scope, milestones, review process, proposed schedule and payment terms. Timing depends on content readiness, feedback and provider approval. No payment or contract is accepted through this preview page.
