YOUR KNOWLEDGE. PUT TO WORK.

Better prompts.
Better ways to run your business.

You already know your customers, your standards and your work. We help you turn that knowledge into instructions an AI tool can follow, then build the checks that keep you in control.

01 / GIVE AI A CLEAR BRIEF

Give customers a clear answer.

Turn an enquiry into a useful reply without guessing a price, a promise or a policy.

The task
Reply to a customer asking whether their order has been dispatched.
The source to check
Dispatch record
The result you need
A short customer reply with the confirmed status and the next useful step.
See how to write the prompt
Use the supplied dispatch record to draft a helpful customer reply. State only the status the record supports. If the record is missing, ask for it. Do not invent a tracking number or delivery date. Keep the reply under 80 words and hold it for approval.

A useful prompt names the task, source, boundaries and output. That gives you something specific to check.

02 / SET THE DECISION RULES

Is the claim supported?

“The order has been dispatched.”

No verified record has been supplied.

ASK FIRST

Ask for the missing fact

No reliable record is available. Ask a specific question before making a claim.

The question to ask: Has the carrier collected this order?

Unknown is not false. Missing evidence should trigger a question, not a confident answer.

03 / TURN THE METHOD INTO A WORKFLOW

A prompt guides the writing.
Code enforces the rules.

AI can help interpret information and draft a response. Software can check required fields, compare dates and stop a process when approval is missing. We teach you where each belongs.

  1. Missing record?Ask for the information.
  2. Claim contradicted?Correct the response.
  3. Supported, but not approved?Keep it as a draft.
  4. Supported and approved?Check permissions, then continue.

WHY LEARN AND BUILD WITH SFE?

Your workflow is the curriculum.

We bring software development, practical training and business process design into the same conversation. You learn how to brief AI, question its output and turn a useful result into a method your team can keep using.

What we build around your needs

  • A clear brief. Your task, tools, audience and definition of a good result.
  • Your reusable skills file. Readable instructions, worked tasks and review checks in SKILL.md.
  • Practice with feedback. Refine the method around the situations you actually face.
  • A sensible next step. Identify where documents, APIs, Python or MCP connections could help. Implementation is scoped separately.

Bring us one task you repeat every week.

We will help you shape a personal learning plan around it. Start with the free pack, or tell us what you want to improve.

Bring a set of fictional or anonymised meeting notes. Learn to give AI the context, audience and format it needs.

You take away

You practise
Separate facts, decisions and missing information.

Replace the placeholders and use fictional or anonymised information. This is a sample, not your personalised SFE skill.

Turn these notes into a concise team update. Use only supplied facts. List decisions, actions, owners and due dates; write “not provided” where details are missing. Ask before filling gaps.

What do I get for free?

Confirm your email to download the Practical Prompting pack. Your welcome email includes a copy and a starter prompt you can try straight away. Weekly emails are optional and are not yet active.

What does the four-week fee include?

Four private 60-minute online sessions, a personalised learning plan, guided exercises and reviewed skill files with one consolidated revision. Malaysia: RM400 upfront. International: US$400 equivalent, settled in MYR through CHIP. No automatic renewal.

Do I need technical experience?

No. Start with prompting and everyday tasks. API, Python and MCP topics are scoped around your prerequisites and goals. We agree what fits within four sessions before you pay.

Can SFE customise the plan for my business?

Yes. Share one workflow, your tools and what a useful result would look like. We review the brief and confirm the scope. Additional one-to-one sessions, team training or software implementation are quoted separately.

What will I keep after four weeks?

Keep your reviewed skill files, worked examples and independent-use checklist. We finish by testing a fresh task and agreeing your next practice steps, so you have a method to keep improving.

Scope, review and delivery

Programme scope may include consultation, coaching, practical training, reviewed skill instructions and documentation. Your priced offer confirms session duration, modules and revision allowance. You tell us your role, tools, language and desired result. SFE reviews and improves every draft before delivery. Every delivery includes a human review.

The engagement concludes with a documented handoff after week four. This is not an ongoing subscription. Four private coaching sessions are included. Software subscriptions, image-generation credits and full software builds are separate unless included in your agreed plan. Your brief stays private. A role-specific assistant helps with your task; it does not replace a qualified professional.
