Your company workspace

Your company owns the business records you enter. The owner controls company details, staff invitations and access. Use records you are authorised to process, and review the recipient, amount, dates and terms before issuing any document. Keep original invoices, receipts and bank statements.

Accounting records and reports

Reports include entries posted to the ledger in the selected currency and period. Importing an invoice into the ledger is a separate action; creating a quotation does not recognise revenue. Each currency is reported separately, without exchange-rate conversion. The current bank ledger represents one bank account per currency. Expenses record gross costs and do not claim input-tax recovery. Adjustments and closed periods require owner review.

Bank matching and payment evidence

Manually recorded payments and statement matches are your confirmation of external evidence. Matching does not connect to your bank, transfer money or prove settlement independently. Never record an expected payment as received. Keep the bank reference and supporting evidence.

Plans and payments

The price and access period shown before checkout govern the purchase. Current Solo and Team access uses a manual CHIP renewal for each 30-day period; no automatic debit is promised. CHIP handles payment authentication. Your customers use the bank instructions you provide unless a separate merchant integration has been agreed. Buying SFEBook does not create a merchant account for your company.

Documents, tax and professional review

SFEBook is business software, not an accountant, auditor, lawyer or tax-registration service. Commercial invoice PDFs are not automatically MyInvois-validated e-Invoices. You remain responsible for accurate tax status and records. Legal templates and service schedules must be reviewed for the actual engagement and jurisdiction; software-generated text does not establish regulatory compliance.

Design services

Each design order identifies its deliverables, revision allowance and price. Review the proof before approving final production. Printing, shipping, trademark clearance and legal advice are not included unless expressly quoted. Final files are delivered through the order after the required approval and payment checks.

Access, export and privacy

Keep sign-in credentials and private document links confidential. Invite only authorised staff. Company-pack exports and accounting exports are separate so both should be retained when leaving. Contact SFE for account closure, access corrections or deletion requests; any required record retention and unresolved obligations must be assessed before deletion. Customer records are not public portfolio material.

Support and cancellation

Use the enquiry page with your company and order reference. Do not include passwords, card details or private access tokens. You can choose not to renew; cancellation does not by itself refund a completed period or erase records. Report duplicate charges, failed delivery or incorrect orders for review. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available; no refund decision is automated by this page.

Service limits

Availability depends on the service and its providers. Only a separately agreed service schedule sets response times, recovery objectives or an uptime commitment. Reports are not audit opinions, and a successful download is not a substitute for your own retained records. No statement here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
