Plan a campaign around one measurable outcome
A campaign needs a defined audience, offer and outcome before creative work starts. Otherwise, a team may collect activity numbers without knowing what success meant.

Set up the record
Record the channel, timing, budget and owner. Choose one main measure that connects to your objective. Make sure the team knows which source will provide the result and which figures are estimates.
Use it in the workflow
During the campaign, record spend and outcomes for the same period. Use consistent campaign names so entries remain comparable. Keep customer permission and channel rules in mind when planning contact lists.
Review and maintain
At review, note one useful lesson and one change for the next campaign. The pack contains no ad buying, attribution engine or analytics integration.
Apply the routine with your own records.
Your offer, target audience, campaign dates, budget and measurement source. Start with a small working copy so the team can agree field meanings before adding its full record set.
Keep a blank master, nominate an owner and decide when the records will be reviewed. If the workflow needs automatic validation, shared permissions or integration with another system, treat that as a separate software requirement.
This guide supports the stated manual workflow. It is not a substitute for your organisation’s approved procedures or professional advice where required.
